FOR WOMEN BY WOMEN

Rooted in Torah. Guided by Mentorship. Growing Together.

COMPASS sponsors a national network of Chaburot: purposeful groups of young professional women who learn together on a consistent basis with dedicated Educator/Mentors, creating vibrant communities centered around Judaism, Torah values, and camaraderie.

What is COMPASS?

COMPASS is an initiative of the ECP that sponsors a national network of Chaburot: purposeful groups of young professional women who learn together on a consistent basis with a dedicated Educator/Mentor from whom they also have access to personal mentorship and guidance.

Torah Learning

Chaburah participants benefit from bimonthly learning with an Educator/Mentor. Learning is high-level, source-based, collaborative, and discussion-based, relevant to young adult learners.

Community Building

With help from the ECP, Chaburah participants plan and execute meaningful programming, especially around chaggim, fostering connections and growth.
