COMPASS sponsors a national network of Chaburot: purposeful groups of young professional women who learn together on a consistent basis with dedicated Educator/Mentors, creating vibrant communities centered around Judaism, Torah values, and camaraderie.
Chaburah participants benefit from bimonthly learning with an Educator/Mentor. Learning is high-level, source-based, collaborative, and discussion-based, relevant to young adult learners.
With help from the ECP, Chaburah participants plan and execute meaningful programming, especially around chaggim, fostering connections and growth.
Educator/Mentors are skilled at relationship-building and proactive with Chaburah participants, allocating weekly time-slots for guidance meetings.
